The immediate reason for this masterclass is the fact that BMC and its clients are increasingly confronted with the far-reaching consequences of geopolitical tensions. This also applies to BMC‘s public sector consultants, who are receiving more and more questions and assignments about ‘geopolitics and resilience’. The central question of this interactive lecture is: what are the most important geopolitical developments? And how can BMC help municipalities strengthen their resilience?

To enable BMC to better understand, support, and advise municipalities in these turbulent geopolitical times, Michel Don Michaloliákos was asked to translate Grand Geopolitics into Municipal Implications. The concrete perspective for action by municipalities was discussed in detail.
