The International Policy Officer Training Programme (OAIB) is a learning and development programme offered to civil servants from all ministries who wish to specialise in international policy and diplomacy, organised within the Academy for International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This programme focuses on developing the knowledge, skills and insight required by civil servants working in an international context.
